Retired Intelligence Detective Gary Jenkins interviews retired FBI Agent Bill Ouseley about the FBI and their Top hoodlum Program. Bill was one of the early agents the Bureau assigned to investigate solely La Cosa Nostra-style organized crime. We learn this happened after the 1957 raid of the New York farm of Mob boss Joseph Barbara, now known as the Apalachin meeting.
